BRONNIE WARE REFUNDS POLICY
Please commit to your agreement and book your appointments intentionally.
Meetings can be rescheduled with at least 4 business days notice with no payment lost. Please check Bronnie's availability before rescheduling as your former appointment may be given immediately to another client on the waiting list.
Due to the value of Bronnie's time, we do not issue refunds for no-shows, cancellations or changes of mind.
Deposits and partial payments paid for booking Bronnie for your event are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any form of cancellation by you. This is to ensure Bronnie's arranged travel costs and other income forfeited for your event are covered or reimbursed.
In the event of Bronnie having to cancel, which would only be under unexpected and extreme circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Full speaking fees are always non-refundable after the event.
Membership is paid on a monthly basis. Due to administration costs, cancellations of membership mid-month do not receive any refund.
