BRONNIE WARE REFUNDS POLICY
SPEAKING EVENTS AND APPEARANCES
Deposits and/or full payments paid for booking Bronnie for your event or specialist interview are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds for any form of cancellation by you. This is to ensure Bronnie's time and/or arranged travel costs and other income forfeited for your event are covered or reimbursed.
In the event of Bronnie having to cancel, which would only be under unexpected and extreme circumstances, your deposit will be fully refunded.
MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS
We stand by the quality of offerings for the small monthly or annual subscription cost and do not offer refunds for Bronnie’s work shared on Substack at Life and Wonder with Bronnie Ware.
PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS
Fees for these sessions are non-refundable at all times. You may change your booking time once without penalty. Further changes will delay your appointment until the next available time for Bronnie. This may be several months from the original date, though we will work with you to find the soonest date possible.
DIGITAL PRINTS
We stand by the products we sell and do not offer refunds, including for changes of mind. We will work with you if you have trouble downloading your file. If we offer an external download link for your print, it is your responsibility to download it within five days, before the link expires. We do not send it twice.
BOOKS AND CARD DECKS
Bronnie only provides links to suppliers on this site. She does not sell books or card decks directly. Please contact the bookstore/supplier of your purchase for any questions.
