About Dr David Hamilton: After completing his PhD in organic chemistry David worked in the pharmaceutical industry, developing drugs for cardiovascular disease and cancer. Inspired by the placebo effect in drug trials he began to research the mind-body connection and eventually left the industry to write books and educate people on how to understand and harness their minds and emotions to benefit their health. He is now author of 10 books, including ‘The Five Side Effects of Kindness’ and ‘How Your Mind Can Heal Your Body’. He is a columnist, speaker, and is featured in the Netflix documentary, HEAL.
